Network Engineer, Morrisonville, NY

This position will work strategically with customers and peers to provide system support for LAN, WAN, VMware, VoIP and related applications. The candidate must have aptitude, competency and work experience in computer networking and Microsoft applications. The applicant will also serve as a knowledgebase, source of validation and customer resource for sales and support. Domain experience is necessary. Knowledge of VoIP telecommunications installation and maintenance are a plus. If you are talented with technology, enjoy a fast paced working environment, and would like a progressive/challenging opportunity to work with first-rate customers, you may be an excellent addition to our team. Certifications are helpful but proficiency is key. Company provides certification training as well.


 
 

IntuITive Services Manager

The IntuITive Services Manager plays a strategic part in the sales, development and support of our IntuITive IT Services Platform.  The ISM manages all aspects of the IntuITive Services program from systems development and deployment, service definitions, and sales engineering to sales, support and product management.  The ISM will work with the team to successfully sell a complete suite of proactive, subscription-based IT and Communications services which are focused on providing highly reliable, secure, and affordable data and voice solutions for the small to mid-sized business market. 

This position’s objective is to drive a progressive and sustainable increase in our prospects’ adoption of our services and applied technological solutions across the portfolio through an integrated range of innovative and effective strategies and delivery of services.  These strategies and services, which engage and excite the prospect/customer, are based on relevant application of technology that has significant positive impacts on our customers’ businesses.

The successful candidate will be an energetic sales-driven individual who enjoys contacting new clients, gathering and analyzing customers’ information, preparing and presenting solutions that have high impact, working in a team environment and developing long-term trusted relationships.  The candidate must also possess a true curiosity and an interest in current and emerging technologies, an aptitude to understand the business impact of technology and the ability to successfully apply technological solutions to solve business problems.  The candidate should also be extremely competent at articulating cost/benefit of solutions to customers for successful adoption of Company services.
